Founded by Don Hill, Pat Neuman, and Kim Callis, PONDS Research Group was established as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit to address the growing need for sustainable, cost-effective agricultural solutions. With expertise spanning military strategy, entrepreneurship, and agriscience, the team developed BioWave1, a proprietary soluble liquid technology designed to restore soil health, enhance livestock vitality, and reduce dependence on synthetic fertilizers.
